Target audience

Targeted at anyone who needs to generate new product ideas and create new services or processes. The sessions are informal and by necessity content and discussion are kept generic to protect participant organisations’ confidentially 

 

Workshop content

This workshop aims to show how social economy organisations can embrace innovation and creativity and enhance business performance. The workshop is very practical in nature and includes:

  • the 4 stages of innovation and how employees can work as an innovative team
  • exploration of a range of methods & techniques for generating new ideas
  • ways to progress ideas to developing practical solutions
  • Critical Success Factors for organisations to become creative and innovative
  • Ideas generation & evaluation

  • Increased knowledge of the process of innovation
  • Increased awareness of the wide range of practical approaches to ideas generation which any organisation can follow
  • Better understanding of how to move from idea to developing practical solutions
  • Better understanding of how to evaluate ideas generated
